Counting the days...

In approximately a month, Iman will turn 1, in less than 2 weeks, Honey will turn 3 & in 3 weeks, their birthday party will be held. Birthday party lah sangat... It's actually Iman's aqiqah ceremony. But since their birthdays are around the corner, I guess why not having a birthday party as well.

So I have lots in my mind rite now. Even though I've planned this since May, but still in these 3 weeks lots of thing needs to be done. Yeah, I'm slow like that. Well I have things to do other than organise a party... & don't forget I plan everything all alone. It's ok. It's kinda fun actually.

The doorgifts aren't ready, the additional menus aren't finalised yet & the place where I've planned to order the cake & other menus is closed due to the owner went to perform hajj. So I have to find other place. I need a PA that can make calls, place the order, sort things out & clean up the house. Ok I need a PA cum maid.

No, I don't plan a grand party. There'll be no character based theme, helium balloons, candy buffet & chocolate fountain. The main ceremony is still Iman's aqiqah but I also don't want the birthday party to be asal boleh je cos I think this is the only birthday party that I'll ever held for them unless they ask for it. Still I think it'll be a small one with a very limited guests which is only their friends.

Ready to be distributed...

I ordered these a month ago. Felt like it was still early but I proceeded anyway. Now, suddenly 1 month has passed away & 3 weeks left. Cliché but true, time flies so fast these days...

Biman

Biman atau sebenarnya Baby Iman adalah panggilan Honey kepada Iman. So sometimes we do call Iman as Biman. Tapi jarang lah, takut melekat lak panggilan tu.

By the way, the pics above were snapped by Honey. Suka main kamera henfon budak kecik tu. Siap "1, 2, 3 peace" lagi...

Ni lak cubaan Papa mengambil gambar menggunakan henfon baru. Aksi Iman di atas basikal ni hanya Papa je boleh buat. Papa yakin Papa dapat sambut kalau Iman jatuh.

Ini pula cubaan Mama untuk tangkap gambar gigi Iman. Boleh lah kan... nampak gak 2 batang gigi atasnya.

Tentang Iman

Semalam, genap umur Iman 10 bulan. Hari ini, mungkin hari terakhir aku menghantar EBM ke taska untuk Iman. Esok mungkin bermula hanya susu formula sebagai bekalan.

No more EBM stock in my fridge. 0! Still, I'm not ready to actually wean off Iman. Hope I can still breastfeed her even for just half the day until at least she's 1 year old. Huhuu... So I guess these 2 months will be a new chapter.

Well about Iman, alhamdulillah generally she's 1 healthy &  calm baby. Tak banyak ragam. Of course at 10 months old she's already crawling & standing up by holding to something. In fact she started crawling, betul2 merangkak, not just mengesot at 6 or 7 months old. Sekejap je Iman mengesot.

Gigi baru tumbuh 3 batang. 2 di atas & 1 di bawah. Alhamdulillah, looks like Iman doesn't have major teething problem like keep crying at night or frequent high fever.

Sama seperti Honey, Iman tak lah kuat makan. Nak makan ikut mood, kene pandai pilih timing & kalau makan pun tak banyak.

Last checkup was on 14/8. Her weight was 6.8kg. Ringan, tapi masih ok.

Iman ni mulut dia bising & kuat. Di rumah, suka juga mengacau Honey. Kalau dia tak kacau Honey, Honey pula yang kacau dia. Pantang kalau benda yang dia sedang main diambil. Pasti mengamuk. Masih lagi ada masalah separation anxiety especially di waktu pagi. Mesti menangis kalau aku hilang dari pandangan.

Apa pun, Iman adalah seorang bayi yang comel. Huhuu... Puji anak sendiri.

Kita comel ke??
