Acah je tu!
It's a spare hp actually sementara tunggu pda phone ku itu siap dibaiki.
However, to get this spare hp, I had to go thru quite a drama.
I had to bebel to one of the staffs who works at the outlet in Alamanda. Pot pet, pot pet... tak kan company hp besar camni pun tak provide hp spare... kedai hp kecik pun bg hp spare tau klu anta hp rosak. (Kira sia2 je aku terbeli pda phone ni kat one of the outlets dgn harga yg lebih mahal drp kedai hp biasa.) Staff tu pun cakap nanti dia try carik hp spare. Klu ada, dia akan tepon.
Sbnrnya, yg buat aku bengang mula2 tu sbb the staff mcm takde perasaan bila dgn konfidennya bgtau no spare hp & klu nak cpt, anta sendiri kat HTC. Dah kene bebel dgn aku, baru nmpk mcm ada perasaan.
Keesokan harinya, since I wasn't convinced by the staff's words & I did think that I need to complain officially to the company, I entered the website & sent a complaint email. Aku rasa mcm dah best dah aku karang emel komplen tu. Kaw kaw gak lah akukutuk tegur hanya kerana dia tak provide hp spare... hiksss... kira masalah besar lah kn. Camna aku nak call org nanti? Lgpun, kedai hp biasa mmg provide hp spare (am speaking from experience k... the same model of pda phone but different bug)... tu yg buat aku tak puas ati tu.
Sayangnya, Yahoo wasn't able to deliver the complaint email because the address isn't a valid one. So, I called the on-line support phone number & asked for a valid email address. Since there's no email address, I had to complain on the phone. Pot pet, pot pet lg lah aku. Nasib baik pompuan yg jwb call tu ok.
As a result, I got a phone call about one & a half hours later telling me that now they can provide me with a spare hp while my pda phone is being fixed at the service center.
So, lepas keje ptg td, aku gi Alamanda, hantar tepon utk dibaiki & happily went home with the spare hp.
Well, the drama has ended with a happy ending after all... :-)
Moral of the story: If you pissed-off, mad or unsatisfied with somebody, cakappp... cakappp... (ala2 Ahmad Nisfu dlm Seniman Bujang Lapok). Some say that silence is golden. In a certain situation, yes. Silence can put aside a problem but silence won't solve the problem. ;-)
