Will I Be a Multimillionaire?

This is the question that I'd like to ask a fortune teller. Will I be a multimillionaire? Actually I doubt it myself... I don't see any chance of me being a multimillionaire. Even if I'm the winner of TM Merdeka Millionaire and win RM1 million, it doesn't make me a multi-millionaire... furthermore, after paying all the debts, it doesn't even make me a millionaire! So I thought my chances of being multimillionaire is like none.

Talking about paradise, right now my idea of paradise is to spend the day under those maple trees in autumn, having a picnic and reading a novel. By the way, since it won't happen very soon... spending time at home, watching TV and surfing the internet do make me feel just like another day in paradise. Some people make the world more special just by being in it, remember? ;-)

Cuti itu seronok!

Fuiyo lama giler aku bercuti. Drp raya haji sampai lah hari christmas. 6 hari tu! Rasa kosong jer otak aku ni nak mula keje esok. Ingat nak study BI and apply U, tp... well... ermmm... masa berlalu begitu pantas... x sempat pun nak buat benda2 tu.

Well, spjg cuti ni selain drp melayari internet, sempat me and JD tgk movie.

1st movie... 9 September. Aku sendiri tak tau citer ni wujud. Lakonan Pierre Andre and Fasha Sanda. So cuba lah layan. Adei... citer mcm ni pun ada. Macam kene mental torture jer tgk citer ni. Klu dalam KL Menjerit aku tak paham kenapa suara si Lisdawati tu ditukar dgn suara Jeslina Hashim... tp utk citer ni I wish suara FS ditukar dgn suara org lain. Ok, I have nothing against FS... tak kisah lah dia nak berlakon ker apa ker... tp suara dia mmg x sesuai langsung utk citer ni. Dah lah jln citer menyakitkn hati... ala2 cute konon, tp x cute langsung pun... especially si PA... pls lah u r not that cute utk berlakon mcm cute ok. Yg si FS pulak ala2 garang... tp ntah lah x reti berlakon ker apa sbb aku penah tgk si FS ni marah dlm Explorace... garang jer nmpknya. Balik kpd citer suara FS... tu lah masalah filem kita ni, suka amik pelakon tangkap muat jer... mcm x reti2 nak buat audition. Bg skrip tu kat pelakon, suruh pelakon test acting... dgr suara dia, cuba feel... isk... xkn ni pun nak ajar kot. Apa2 pun utk movie ni, mmg aku x feel langsung! Jln citer mmg x best... that's it. Ditambah dgn pelakon2 yg x sesuai... x terlalu kejam klu aku yg innocent ni kata citer ni suck. Klu aku lah kan dipaksa gak direct this movie, which I'd do for money, maybe aku pilih Que Haidar and Sharifah Amani. Tp aku rasa SA pun x mau berlakon citer ni... wlupun aku x suka minah ni, tp at least minah ni pandai lah gak pilih filem utk berlakon. So, utk keseluruhan movie aku x layak bg apa2 bintang pun sbb aku tgk x sampai separuh, terus give-up. Tp drp x sampai separuh tu, aku bleh lah bg 1 penjuru bintang... bintang ada berapa penjuru yek... biasanya 5 kan... so dr segi matematik aku bg ~0.2 star. Not so bad lah kan...

So, since we couldn't stand to watch 9 September... kitorang try plak tgk DVD Hot Fuzz. Citer ni pun aku x tau wujud. Tp baca sinopsis mcm menarik. Turn out mmg menarik. Rupanya Hot Fuzz ni citer British. Jln citer ok, ada sense of comedy and ada action. Knp lah M'sia tak bleh buat filem mcm ni??? Bukannya kene ada aksi2 stunt melampau atau kesan khas yg canggih pun. Utk citer ni aku bg 3.5 bintang.

Lain2 movie yg aku tgk Mean Girls, Crusader dan National Treasure 2. Citer Mean Girls dah penah tgk dulu tp teringin nak tgk lagi sekali sbb tgk THS kat Channel E! mcm menarik jer citer ni. Mmg ok la, antara chick-flick yg worth watch lah.

Crusader plak... pun citer yg aku tak tau wujud. Lokasi filem ni kat Barcelona. Pelakonnya sorang pun aku tak kenal... tp jln citer ok gak dan paling penting aku bleh tgk sampai abis.

National Treasure 2 tgk kat wyg on Christmas eve. Wayang tak penuh sgt. Maybe sebab kitorg expect too much, citer ni jd less entertaining... tak pun citer ni mmg tak brp best. Aku bg 3 bintang jer and I don't recommend this movie to be watched memandangkn skrg ni ada byk citer yg menarik or at least nmpk menarik kat wyg mcm citer I Am Legend. Tp klu nak tgk gak, tgk lah...

Hmm... ni jer lah yg aku buat spjg cuti 6 hari ni. Klu hari2 bleh cuti, tak yah gi keje, relax, layan movie, takde buat apa2 mcm ni kan best. Bila lah aku nak jd multi millionaire ni... Wlu pun tak buat apa2, cuti adalah masa yg amat menyeronokkan!

10. Vacation. Not a high budget one... just a place with a beautiful view. I have a few places in my mind. Maybe as near as Bukit Tinggi, Pahang where I'd like to stay at Colmar Tropicale or as far as Beijing where Great Wall of China is a must. Another honeymoon I'd say. The perfect time would be on the 1st of April next year - our wedding anniversary... but I have a course at INTAN, Bukit Kiara from the day until May 9, 2008. Ermmm... I'll find the place and time later.

9. More money. A typical wish right? But yes, I'm longing to have more money... who doesn't? With no extra work! Too unrealistic? Who knows maybe I'll be the winner of TM Merdeka Millionaire... (I already sent two entries ok) and win RM1,000 000.00!!! Wow, many zeros there... I like.

8. Crocs. Crocs claim their shoes are super-comfortable. They even have top ten reasons too on why we got to have them. I'd like to have one of the model... Sueded Alice to be specific. It looks cute...

7. PDA phone. Ok, of course I'd really love to have the latest and most sophisticated PDA phone... but I have to be realistic. Thousands RM for a mobile phone even it's a PDA mobile phone is too extravagant for me. Can you imagine if you accidentally drop it onto the hard floor... like I always did with my current mobile phone. Arghhh it must be a very distressing moment to pick it up and make sure it's still OK. So, I'll be satisfy with Nokia E61i. The price is around RM1,700... guess I'd still be extremely worried if it happened to drop accidentally.

6. New laptop. Too tempted to buy a new one even though I just bought this one (my current laptop) on May last year. Intel Core Duo Processor, 1G RAM, more than 100G hard disc, integrated bluetooth, wide screen monitor... I think I would never stop longing for a new laptop as the technology never stop growing and the price becomes even more affordable. I love the design of Sony Vaio Notebook but I prefer to buy a laptop with only FreeDos inside...

5. 50kg. It means I have to reduce 6kg! I miss my old slimmer body where I was comfortable to wear anything. I desperately want a flat tummy! I believe if I can throw away the 6kg, the fat at my stomach and thighs will go away too.

4. Baby. Now I don't know when is the right time to have one since I plan to further study in UK on September next year. God knows best. Sooner or later, of course I want a healthy one or more. It's not too over to ask for a cute one also right... just like in the picture below... how adorable...

3. Pass the IELTS exam. Pass the JPA requirement... that's it. But for my own target, I would like to get above 7.0. I keep telling myself to be extra hardworking, but I guess I'm just too lazy even to start making exercise on the exam. Ohh... I need a knock on my head, a hard one so that I stop playing around and wasting my time.

2. Offer to university in UK. University of Liverpool to be specific. I have the confidence that I'll get the offer, at least to one of the universities... but I won't stop praying.

1. Happiness. Sounds cliche, isn't it? But it's so true. In the end, even though we have everything in life, no matter how far we have traveled, how many kids do we have, how rich and succeed we are, how fine do we look... above of all, we would still ask for happiness.

I've been reading chick flick novel - "All-American Girl" by Meg Cabot. Chick flick movies are nice to watch, some are very entertaining. But for novel, I guess this will be the last. No, it isn't bad. There's a part that I like. It's fun. It just that, I'm not into this kind of novel to begin with... I picked this novel because I was attracted to the many lists of Top Ten made by the main character - Samantha. She had Top Ten reasons on why is this and that, Top Ten ways, Top Ten facts... that I myself is also drawn to make such the same effort.

One of Those Great Days

It was Nov 29, 2007. I had been expected it anyway. I had called & asked when will I received the item. I had been asked to wait instead (for how long maaa...?) & so I did. I was waiting... until that afternoon... the courier guy came to my office... & here it is... the Samsung MP3 U3 player (worth RM549 as advertised).

The memory storage is 4GB... & that wasn't the best part yet... the best part is... IT IS FREE! Yes, it's free... thanks to JD because made me canceled the earlier registration of Streamyx & changed to this promotion, though I had to deal with my patience being tested to the maximum level by TM's customer service personnel & since I registered this using Maybank credit card, & was the 1st 500 customers, I got a headset too! I felt like jumping... yeay yeay...

I received the pack. I already knew what was inside... but still I was very eager to open it.








The headset, gift from Maybank... I deserved it as I am one of the loyal customers.
