For my own inspiration...

If I could do it before, I most certainly can do it again later.

Once upon a time, I pressed the alert button when my weight reached 58kg (59 - 1)! (Check this post). However, I did nothing.

I went back to Msia for good, had a pleasant Eid celebration & my weight reached...

I did hit 60++kg, but I just couldn't take the pic. As I said in my previous post, I was 'fat' once. I had to open a new wardrobe as the current one hardly fit my body anymore. I went to gym & 'tried' to go on a diet, but my weight remained as it is.

Until one day, to be exact, on July 16, 2010, I got a wake-up call. I was 'wider' than my colleagues which are taller than me when we measured our body for the corporate uniform. Furthermore Eid was about to be celebrated in 3 months. I knew that I had to reduce my weight or else I'd get (more) 'wider'.

I was so happy to see this. Drive me more to continue going on a diet.

Yay! Almost there. My target before Eid was 55kg.

I was actually lighter than the days before I went to Liverpool.

All I did was reducing my food intake, no specific exercise, just had a normal life with a normal routine. The progress might be a bit slow, but the most important thing is I did it ;-). Eid came & I stopped going on a diet.

Then early this year, I tried to start again. My target has been always 52kg (or if I'm still in the mood, I'd like to go for 50). However, this time, I initiated the diet program with the help from a food supplement called Figure~Up (if I'm not mistaken). Somehow, by taking it, I did lose my appetite & my belly became smaller. I only took 10 packets though (a packet a day) & continued the diet regimen by my own as I did last year.

Just 1kg to lose, but...

It didn't last long since I guess I was not as driven as before... already comfortable with my weight at that time.

So, that's it... if I could do it before, I most certainly can do it again later. Hopefully =P.

Clapping my hands

Yes, that's the reason I'm clapping my hands. I'm happy!

Yesterday I had received a parcel... wait... not 'a' but 2 parcels actually. Fine, I did an online shopping a few days ago... but it didn't just stop there. Once started, I guess it's just hard for me not to surf around & stop myself from adding things to a shopping cart, check out happily & eagerly waiting for the items to arrive. The only thing that stop me is something being called 'rationality' ;-). Still I did add a few items in the shopping carts. Just waiting for the rite time to actually proceed. Don't know why, somehow I love online shopping. Maybe I'm just plain lazy to move my ass =P.

Back to the parcels that I had received...

Actually I did buy a pair of maternity jeans. But I guess my tummy is not big enough that the stretchable part of the jeans does not grip my belly well. Bila jalan, rasa macam nak terlondeh pulak. Now the problem of not having enough cloth has been solved. I can still wear pants, jeans & kain baju kurung comfortably :D.

Running out of clothes

Hmmm... just a week ago I can still buttoned my pants. Somehow this week, I failed to do so. The same pants. It seems like my tummy grows significantly in just over a week. This morning, after securing my pants with a pin, I opened my wardrobe & searched for a suitable tops to wear. I picked one & tried it on. It was tight & instead of feeling like a hot & sexy mommy-to-be, I felt ugly.

Luckily I have a few tops which I bought when I was 'fat'. The type of tops that can hide my potbelly without wearing a corset. It just that, I think most of them are too casual for office wear. Now I see the bright side of once being 'fat'. I don't need to buy maternity pants rite until now because I have a few collection of UK-size-12 pants.

However, since I can't button the pants anymore, I think it's time to buy maternity pants. But I like the idea of using a belly belt more. Somehow, I'm still not in the mood to shop for maternity wears & I try to avoid spending so much on them.

So this morning, after realizing that I'm running out of clothes, I ended up buying 3 tops online. Not maternity tops though, so that I can wear them even I'm not pregnant. From the way they look, at least I think they could be maternity tops. Check them out at the other site of mine!

I'm back from a holiday! Phewww what a holiday... wish I could write about it now but I guess it might took some times & I kinda not in the mood rite now.

Btw, I just read that A.S.B is haram according to Jabatan~Mufti Selangor. I did plan to deposit additional investment in A.S.B this week. Now I guess I have to find other alternative to keep my money. However, the fatwa is released by a state department instead of the national council. So there's still confusion on the matter. I'm not knowledgeable in this subject matter, so I won't elaborate more. Tepuk dada, tanya iman ;).

Bila hati gedik nak bercuti...

Semalam MC. So far, nampak gayanya setiap kali checkup, takde masalah nak dapat MC. MC kerajaan lak tu. Since dpt MC, mula2 ingat nak jalan2... tapi takde idea nak jalan ke mana. So just stayed at home, layan X-Men. Tapi DVD tersekat-sekat plak :(. So cita2 nak buat marathon terpaksa dibatalkan. Tunggu D beli blu-ray lah.

Penangan daripada MC semalam, aku rasa macam takde mood nak keje hari ni. Biasanya bersemangat nak pegi keje (serius!). Pagi tadi pun susah nak bangun tidur. Bunyi jam loceng boleh termasuk dalam mimpi. Itu tanda2 lah tu that it'd be an unproductive day. Tiba2 rasa perlu sangat2 bercuti. Tak boleh dah tunggu weekend. Nak kene bercuti esok gak. So ligat lah kepala dok pikir nak gi mana. Mula2 ingat nak ajak D naik Genting sebab nak tempat yang sejuk. Pikir balik, nak buat apa. Bukan boleh main roller coaster pun. Lagipun baik D simpan cuti untuk masa2 kecemasan nanti ;).

Tepon Mak, tanya ada idea tak nak bercuti kat mana. As expected, Mak cakap tempat favorite dia. Tempat favorite Mak tu memang dah fully booked time cuti sekolah ni. Siap offer diri nak bawak Mak kalau Mak ada hajat nak gi melawat sedara mara. Janji cuti tak duduk rumah. Tapi takde plak sedara mara yang kediaman ala2 resort. Hiks... demand. Pastu Mak kata nak bercuti dalam hutan. Ha... terpikir satu tempat ni. Search kat internet & call sales office nak tau ada tak lagi chalet yang available. Chalet yang aku minat tak available pulak. Tu lah, plan lagi cuti last minute. Akhirnya book je lah mana2 yang available. Tu pun nasib baik ada. We'll see ok ke tak ok tempat tu.

Yay, yang penting cuti! =D

Mindless Monday

Yesterday, I watched X-Men First~Class. Kalau rajin, I'll review about the movie later. Briefly I'd say it's a good movie. I like. Very entertaining. However I like the 4th installment more. I plan to watch all the previous installments but tonite is How-I-Met-Your-Mother's nite. Tomorrow nite will be Glee's nite. So probably on Wednesday I'll watch the 1st installment.

Rezeki...

Semalam naik pentas, terima APC. Memang tak sangka. Tapi itu lah yang dinamakan rezeki. Alhamdulillah.

Tapi langit tak selamanya cerah. I guess with a good news, comes a bad news. Semalam happy, hari ni sedih. Huhuuu... tapi takde lah sedih sangat. Redha, sepertimana rezeki boleh datang tanpa diduga, begitu juga kalau dah takde rezeki. Lagipun, duit boleh dicari ;). Oh yer petang tadi I received kind of a good news (yang tak related pun with the bad news). So, think about it, I have more reasons to be happy rather than being sad over that small unfortunate event. Well, apa pun yang paling penting, alhamdulillah masih dikurniakan kesihatan yang baik.

Nampaknya terpaksa padam angan-angan untuk beli 4-in-1 convertible baby cot yang secun ini...
