Syoknya tido...
- Honey akan menangis/merengek jika nak tido. Jesteru, perlu didodoikan yakni didukung sambil ditepuk/digoyang sblm tido. Kalau nak masukkan dalam buaian pun, mesti didodoikan sampai dah tidur dulu. Lately, bukan setakat menangis. Ada kalanya Honey meraung jika nak tido.
- I've tried to train her a few times to sleep on her own, but failed as she'd keep on crying. I even gave her soother/pacifier despite I was actually against it. However after doing some 'research' I think it's ok to give her an orthodontic soother, only on critical times like before sleeping & when she's full but still demand for milk. But she doesnt like it. Lesson learned - babies have their own preferences. Kalau depa tak mahu, diberi pun depa reject.
- While doing some 'reseach', I was kinda menyampah reading a few comments which claim tht they train their babies not to sleep in a spring cot & such thing. For me, those are just lucky parents who dont need to face the situation where the babies asyik nak berdukung, meraung bila diletak. & as I said before, baby have their own preferences. Even Honey's not fond of it. Ada masanya dia tetap akan terjaga setelah diletak dalam buaian. I know that her favorite place to sleep is in the arms. Lenguh tangan kalau dilayan.
- There are parents who comment 'macam menipu kalau bagi puting kosong'. Hello... it's natural for babies to love sucking. Sebab tu ada baby yang suka mengempeng.. it's not about the milk, it's about being able to keep on sucking. That's why they can easily fall asleep while doing so bcos sucking sooths them.
- Honey mudah terjaga ketika tido, especially bila dengar bunyi bising. Dah lah ada kala susah nak ditidurkan, mudah terkejut pulak tu. Menguji kesabaran juga. Hopefully it wont lasts long. Takut susah orang nak jaga nanti.
- Of course, Honey's sleeping rite now.. hence, I can write this post.
