Takoyaki

Masa kat Jepun in 2004, rajin gak masak benda alah ni. Tapi instead of bulat2 macam dalam gambar tu, masak dalam bentuk lempeng. The recipe is simple... takoyaki flour & tako which means octapus. Kat Jepun senang nak dapat sotong kurita. Mince the octapus, mix with the flour, pour some water & kacau lah sampai sebati. Kemudian masak. Mudah saje. I guess this was one of the reason I gained weight during my 6-month stay in Japan.
