An Example of Babbling

Dear whoever is reading this,

i woke up feeling fat. i think i hv reduced my food intake... & i hv go to the gym, the thing tht i never done before... but i hardly lose weight. my belly swells like a pregnant lady. my weight sometimes get over 59kg. maybe my way is just not correct... maybe i think i hv reduce the food intake but actually not... maybe the exercise even i do go the gym almost frequently, is not enough. or maybe my metabolism drops drastically. look at the +ve side, my weight's still maintained, sort of.

i feel like i want to try crash diet which is not good actually, next week. i'm just tired being in this body. but, heheeee.... being me, i'm just incapable of doing crash diet. i guess i just love eating. who doesnt? crash diet equals to suffering.

i hope u're not getting tired reading complaints about my weight. before, yeah i was so lucky to be somebody who hardly gain weight. i miss the good old days where i could eat like a horse & had no worries tht i'd put on pounds. push off (one of my brit prof in liverpool taught me this phrase) to those who said that i was too skinny. but i guess i hv cross the border where my body couldnt maintain the level of metabolism that i've been blessed with. now, just like most of us, i hv to deal with this weight issue.

i dont hv the option to give up. so i guess, i just hv to believe on the piece of advice in the previous post. got to be optimistic tht i cant go wrong with eating moderately & exercise.

ok, enough babbling about my weight issue. i can go on & on about this. i'm worried, but not worried enough to try harder to lose weight. it needs strong motivation & determination which i'm lacked of especially to control my food intake. see... i can go on & on babbling about this. i just hv to go on reminding myself that i could do it & i hv to do it. ;)

Since i had an experience on dealing with this matters, i want to add to picces of advice. Do not lose your patient, keep doing what you are doing right now because it is the right way but it takes time. The second one is the right exercise. As you know your body problems you have to find out the correct solution for it.
