Packing For The Day Care

I'll be away on the 2nd week of raya. That's mean JD will be fully in charged of taking care Honey. It'll include packing Honey's stuff to bring to the day care. He never done it before. Unlike some parents who choose to leave several clothes, formula milk (FM), feeding bottle etc at the day care, I on the other hand prefer packing the stuff everyday. So everyday I'll refill the FM dispenser, wash the feeding bottle & pack those, clothes & disposable diapers into Honey's diaper bag.

As for the FM, I prefer to use a dispenser rather than keep it in a container & let the teachers scoop the milk out. I guess it's more hygenic. I've tried a few types of FM dispenser & my favorite is this... the cow shape makes it easy to dispense the FM.

Honey's is orange in color.

So here's a check list for JD. He has to ensure all these stuff are in the bag.

- FM (3 scoops (6oz) x4)
- Feeding bottle
- Disposable diapers x3
- Clothes x4 (usually 2 rompers, 1 short sleeves pajama & 1 long sleeves pajama)
- Napkin
- Soother
- Wet wipes
- Baby oil
- Baby powder

Not just JD has to ensure that all the necessary stuff are in the bag before sending Honey to the day care, he has to bathe Honey beforehand. Usually Honey'll wear a pair of top & 3/4 pants after having bath.

Actually on the 1st day of the week, we also have to pack a towel, but I guess I'll put the towel siap2 in the bag before leaving. As for the food, baby cereal the only thing that I leave at the day care. However, I also pack a bowl & spoon but somehow I think they don't use them. But if they want to, the bowl & spoon are always in the bag.
